Brief Itinerary

This spectacular safari is about luxury, comfort, fine wine, gourmet cruise and personalised experiences in some of the most remote wilderness regions of Botswana and greatest wildlife hot spots in the world.  This is a safaris that only Botswana can deliver.

Day 1:

Depart from Maun Airport

Day 1 – 2:

Light aircraft flight & road transfer to Tubu Tree Camp, Jao Concession, Okavango Delta

Day 3 – 4:

Travel on foot to the mokoro/boat station, from here transfer by boat and mokoro to the intimate and remote island that is the Pelo Camp, Jao Concession

Day 5:

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic helicopter flight over the shimmering landscape to the Xigera Class Water Camp, arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon activity.

Day 6 – 7:

After breakfast at Xigera, transfer by boat to Chief’s Island.  On arrival a vehicle will meet and take you to the much revered Mombo Camp.  Spend the next two days exploring the wildlife rich area.  Experience some of the best wildlife viewing in the world

Day 8 – 9:

After a morning safari at Mombo, transfer by light aircraft to Chitabe Camp.  Spend your last few days on safari enjoying the classic Delta scenery the diverse  wildlife of Chitabe

Day 10:

After a morning safari at Chitabe, transfer by light aircraft to Maun Airport for onward travel arrangements

Includes:

Accommodation on a per person sharing basis, all meals from dinner on Day 1 to the end of scheduled safari, a reasonable amount of soft drinks, mineral water, juices, house wine, beer and local spirits whilst on safari, National Park fees, laundry, road transfers, scheduled activities, all internal charters on a seat rate basis, as specified in the full itinerary.
